system handover. As you would expect we operate a reliable
after-sales service whereby fully trained technicians employed
during the installation of the system are made available
to provide post contract maintenance and support functions.
This service is designed to be flexible, tailored to the
specific needs of individual clients depending on their
existing skill sets, attitudes towards outsourcing and other
financing considerations.

Full on-site support
24-hour emergency call-out/modem
first line response
Scheduled preventative
maintenance.
Spare parts service
Naturally,
each installation is supported by comprehensive documentation
including operating instructions, spare parts and maintenance
manuals, plus hands on and classroom training for client
operatives and staff.
